My Kroger and Randall's Lunch Time Trips
I love my lunch break shopping. I work in a part of town where it isn’t very popular to use coupons. This helps when there is a hot deal, because the shelves usually aren’t bare and I can also often find hot coupons in the stores. This week I am 2 for 2 on my lunch break shopping trips.
Yesterday I went to Randall’s only,
Thank you to Stephanie at Katycouponers for the HOT Skippy Peanut Butter deal.
Skippy Peanut Butter is 2/$5 this week, use the coupon in the Sunday inset to make them $1.49 each. There is a limit of 4 and you have to spend $10 to make the coupon work.
Yesterday I got a 2 pack of Ranchers Reserve T-Bone Steaks Regularly $8.75- Manager special 50% off- $2/1 Rancher Reserve (Randall’s Joy of Football).
2- Pillsbury Holiday Shapes Frozen Cookie Dough Regularly $3.99-Managers Special 50%-$.50 eCoupon-$1/2 Mfg CO.
2-Skippy Peanut Butter 2/$5-Flyer-1-$1/1 (Randall’s Joy of Football)-1 $.50/1(doubled) Mfg CO (1/30 RP)
In a separate transaction I got 1 Rancher’s Reserve Skirt Steak $2.33- $2/1 Rancher Reserve (Randall’s Joy of Football).
So I got all of that for $4.87.
Today at Randall’s
I only wanted to get the Skippy Peanut Butter so I did the transaction a lot like Stephanie suggested. I am lucky to have both Skippy Mfg CO’s so I got a $10 Randall’s CG and 2 Peanut Butter’s and paid $10.98. Tomorrow and for the rest of the week I can now take that $10 GC and roll it into more Peanut Butter.
Today I was mostly concerned with making my first run to Kroger for the Mega Sale. If you are not familiar with the mega sale it is a sale at Kroger where you Buy 10 items and get $5 off at check out. This time it is a lot of staple items. So I have been really wanting to stock up.
Today I got
6-Kleenex - $5.0/3 (doubled) (insert)
2-Kraft Deluxe Mac and Cheese ( No cpn)
2-Velveeta Shells and Cheese ( No cpn)
2-Philly Cream Cheese $1/2 (Guys Big Bite Book)
2- 2Liters Big K soda -$1 off 2L of soda when you buy 2 craft products (Tearpad) (all 4 Mac & Cheeses are part of this deal.
9- Asst Cans Del Monte Vegetables (after Mega Sale these are only $.32 each)
12-Cans Rotel -$1/4
9-Cans Hunts Tomatoes - $.45/3
6- Bar S Hot dogs - $1/2 1/30 RP
2- Orvile Redenbacker’s Microwave Popcorn - $.55 Blinkie there is also a $1/2 (Randall’s Joy of Football).
All for $24.xx
I hope to head back to Kroger and Randall’s again tomorrow to stock up some more.
